Another One Bites the Dust..

Since I had an unexpected day off I most definitely should be writing one of my two 6 page papers...but why do that when I can BLOG! I just found out another friend is getting married. Make that 7 weddings I have to attend bold this summer! However I know of like 12 people getting married. [I am on facebook and just realized there are 2 more]Only in Utah right? Haha. 5 of these 7 weddings are girls 20 or under. This is insanity. I used to be very depressed that I was the only one not getting married (nor close to being married). However, after a discussion in psychology I'm sort of scared of getting married before 25. Apparently you don't "know" yourself until after 25 so if you get married before that you and your spouse will most likely go different ways and it's very hard to bring your relationship back together (or so I've heard). This is good news because I've always wanted to finish my career before I'm married. I think that is God's plan also. Mostly because I don't date. I don't have a boyfriend. I spend 82% of my time at school and the remaining time is divided between work, volunteering, watching trashy reality tv and eating. I mean zero time for boys right?

I tried to do the big kid thing by moving out and that blew up in my face. Lesson learned, kids. Funny story, one of my six page papers is an autobiography of my life. She split it into "stages" that we can talk about according to my age I am early adult. However, I am definitely still in the adolescent stage. All of the characteristics, if you will, describe me and my relationship with my parents to a T! So it looks like I'm ending my paper at jr. high because apparently I'm not mature yet. haha oh well.
