Utah Freak.

Oh hello! Am I the only person in the World left with values? Seriously. Have you ever used your body to get out of things (tickets, being ID'd, paying/tipping)? Oh never? Me neither. You've never been drunk? Oh me neither. You've gone a year (and much much longer) without intimacy and you're not freaking out about it? Me too. But I've never felt so alone in this. Am I some sort of "Utah freak?"

I went out with some girls whom I love dearly this weekend. They are great, and gorgeous, and so sweet. But they also didn't grow up "in the bubble." I don't drink..like ever. Like I can count on one hand how many drinks I have had in. my. life! No, I have never tried beer. No, I don't want to. Ok, I did. And it tasted like soy sauce and I only wish I was kidding about that. It was so bitter and smelly and..awful! Apparently drinking a beer is something you have to try once in your life. Guess I can check that one off the bucket list, eh? (Does one sip count as trying it? That's all I could do)

Basically my point is..uh, what was I saying? Ah, I'm tired. I had a hugeee test this morning and the skills part of it (yes like shots, catheters, etc.) is tomorrow.

Oh yeah, my point is, I am Lacy. I was born and raised in Utah. No, I am not Mormon, but I guess we have very similar standards because I'm Christian. I walk with Christ. I am the daughter of a King. I am not a freak and instead a Princess:) I don't get drunk, or do drugs, or sleep around. I heard a quote from a friends mom way back in 9th grade that she used to tell us before we went out and it has still stuck:

"Remember who you are and what you represent."

Well..that's what I represent. Cross your fingers for me tomorrow. G'night.
